1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Pixelpath Solutions website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or services.
2. Services
Pixelpath Solutions provides software engineering and product development services. Specific terms for each engagement are defined in individual service agreements (Statements of Work) signed between Pixelpath Solutions and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, all code, designs, and deliverables created during an engagement are owned by the client upon full payment. Our website content, branding, and proprietary tools remain the property of Pixelpath Solutions.
4. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose project details, business information, or technical specifications without explicit written consent from the client.
5. Limitation of Liability
Pixelpath Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services in question.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client will receive all completed work and code, along with documentation for handoff.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
